How do I recover a lost IRA (money market) from Bank of Baltimore? I have the deposit slip and other info?

It was a rollover of a Unisys Keogh account. The date was 5/4/92/ I also have the account number.
It was the savings Bank of Baltimore which is no more. Where do I go from here? Who insures IRAs?
